Norman LeCroy has been the pastor of New Life Baptist church since 1972 (since back when it was called Sanie Baptist).

During this time he has seen the church grow from just a handful of families with a handful of ministries where he was intimately involved in every ministry, to a work where many others have taken the lead on many of the ministries. This has allowed him to focus his primary attention to the exposition of God's Word to the lives of those in the church and community while still enabling him to oversee the work of the church.

Though much has changed since he became pastor, one thing has not: his love for the Lord and his love for people.

Denny LeCroy

Associate Pastor

Brother Denny LeCroy has been the associate pastor at New Life Baptist since 2007. Having grown up in the church and having worked with the teens and the bus ministry for a number of years prior to becoming associate pastor, he knows both the people in the church and the people in the community very well. As such, he has a heart for them to come to know the Lord and then to grow in Him.

Though he is the associate pastor and we know him as "Brother Denny", many of the teens know him as "coach" since he also coaches the basketball team of the local Christian school where he teaches. Since he sees many of the teens every day at school, this enables him to better minister to them and to their families.

Darryl LeCroy

Brother Darryl LeCroy has been the Minister of Music and Assitant to the Pastor since 2012.Having grown up at New Life, Darryl is familiar with the people of the church and of the community and has a heart for them and for the Lord. He also has a love for music and desires to direct the church's focus toward music that glorifies God.

Having worked in customer service and management for a number of years, he also understands administration and uses those skills in assisting the Pastor in planning and administering the various ministries of the church.
